OUGD403 Studio Brief 2 - Production
After learning how to digitalise my letters, I have been able to create my final set of letters, including numbers and the word 'dynamic.' I printed them off in a 4x7 grid and on matte paper in the digital print induction, this made the letters print off really nicely and enhances the design of the letters. I also printed out my final grid for the lowercase letters, and also included examples of how I came out producing the grid, with letters as well to show how it fits in with the grid. Due to the time restriction and learning how to use illustrator, I only had time to create my lower case letters. However overall I am very happy with how the letters have turned out, and did a lot better than I expected. In addition my aim to make all the letters connect has been successful as they all link together, which I did not think I would be able to achieve. If I had time I would definitely like to produce the set of uppercase letters as well, but overall I am very happy with how my typeface has turned out.
